STATEK BOŘANOVICE is a community project in the middle of the historical core of the village of Bořanovice, located in the immediate vicinity of Prague. It is a sensitive reconstruction of an existing villa with the addition of houses while preserving the character of the surrounding development. The housing will be intended primarily for families with children, who will appreciate the enclosed area, community garden with barbecue, playground and other active elements.
There will be separate 3+kk to 4+kk apartment units located mainly in the reconstructed historical barn building, which after the reconstruction will offer three comfortable duplex apartments.
