The protection of our clients' personal data is our priority. The purpose of this document is primarily to provide you with information on the manner and scope of processing of this data, as well as on the rights you have in relation to its processing.
When processing personal data, we comply with applicable legal regulations, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) and the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “General Regulation” or “GDPR”). The General Regulation is an updated legal framework for the protection of personal data valid throughout the EU and sets out the rules for the processing of personal data, including the rights of the data subject (only natural persons are data subjects).
We collect and process your personal data if:
- you have given your consent to their processing within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,
- it is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and the controller or for the controller to take steps prior to entering into such a contract within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The Administrator collects your personal data, disposes of them and is responsible for their proper and lawful processing.
What data we process
The following personal data is processed:
- identification and contact details
- data on products and agreed services
- data on joint communication (whether in person, in writing, by telephone or otherwise)
- payment details (e.g. details on purchase price instalments or amounts owed, account number, etc.)
- other specific details necessary to provide agreed services

- for the purposes of concluding and fulfilling the contract
Processing for the purposes of concluding and fulfilling a contract
The legal reason for processing your personal data, namely identification and contact data (in particular name and surname, academic title, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, permanent address, account number) is the fact that this processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and the Company, including the possible resolution of complaints and rights arising from liability for defects in the sold item, as well as for the implementation of measures by the administrator prior to the conclusion of such a contract.
We process your payment details, in particular your bank account number and payment card details, for the purpose of identifying your payments.
The processing of data such as your name and surname, address, details of the purchased goods or services and their price is necessary both to enable us to issue you an invoice for the goods or services and to enable us to fulfil our obligation to keep accounts as required by law.
The provision of your personal data is therefore a necessary requirement for concluding a contract with the administrator and for its performance. Without their provision, it is not possible to conclude a contract or for the administrator to fulfil it.
Processing for marketing purposes
For marketing purposes, we use a database of our existing customers, as well as a list of people who may become our customers. This list includes their first and last names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses, which we obtain from completed forms on the Company's website.
We send commercial communications by email, via the Internet and social networks.
When it comes to sending commercial communications by electronic mail to existing customers of the Company about the same or similar products or services of the Company, this is a use of personal data for which we do not need your consent. In other cases, this data is used on the basis of your consent to send commercial communications.
Who is the recipient of personal data
The recipients of personal data to whom the controller may, in justified cases and to the extent necessary, transfer your personal data are, in accordance with the provisions of legal regulations in specific cases: the data subject or client, public authorities, consultants on the basis of a service provision contract.
In order to ensure the purposes described above, personal data may be processed by processors in addition to the controller, on the basis of personal data processing contracts concluded in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Data processing time
Personal data are processed and stored for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing, in particular for the period during which the data subject is a client of the controller, and subsequently for a period of 5 years after ceasing to be a client, or for a period specified by law.
After this period, the controller will destroy your personal data, unless it is authorized or obliged to process such data on the basis of another legal title. Your personal data will also be processed by the controller for the duration of any legal disputes. The controller will archive documents containing your personal data for the prescribed period, in cases where it is required to do so by law.
Rights of the data subject
Your rights in relation to data processing include:
- the right to request access to the personal data we process about you and to be provided with copies of the processed personal data
- the right to rectify the processed personal data
- the right to restriction of processing: Restriction of processing means that the controller marks the personal data for which processing has been restricted and no longer processes them for the duration of the restriction, except for their storage. The data subject has the right to restriction of processing if
- disputes the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data
- the processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead
- the controller does not need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims
has objected to the processing set out below, pending verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller for the processing override the interests of the data subject or their rights and freedoms
- the right to erasure of personal data, in particular where the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, where consent to their processing has been withdrawn, or where the data has been processed unlawfully. However, the right to erasure shall not apply, for example, if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- right to data portability: The data subject may request that personal data be provided for the purpose of transmitting them to another personal data controller, or that the controller itself transmit them to another personal data controller.
- the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection: Pplk. Sochora 27, 17000 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz., if the data subject believes that the processing of personal data violates the legal regulations on the protection of personal data. The complaint may be filed with the supervisory authority at the place of his or her usual residence.
- right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data in writing (in paper or electronic form) to the address of the controller specified above. You can quickly and easily stop receiving commercial communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each such communication. However, withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of previously granted consent before its withdrawal by you.
- right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data in writing (in paper or electronic form) to the address of the controller specified above. You can quickly and easily stop receiving commercial communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each such communication. However, withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of previously granted consent before its withdrawal by you.
